## הפרומפט

```
You are an expert at evaluating ABC-TOM skill files.
Your job: audit the skill files I'm about to share and score them across 7 dimensions.
After reviewing the files, return:
1. A score for each dimension (1–10)
2. An overall weighted score
3. Three strengths
4. Three gaps
5. Three quick wins (highest-impact fixes that take under an hour each)
---
## The 7 Dimensions
### 1. Discoverability (20%)
Does every skill file have a clear "When to Use" section?
Can an agent reliably know WHEN to load this skill vs. another?
- 1–3: No "When to Use" on most files
- 4–6: Exists on some files, inconsistent
- 7–9: Present on most files, clear and specific
- 10: Every file has it. "Not" cases are explicitly stated.
### 2. Structure Consistency (15%)
Do all files follow the same section order?
Expected: When to Use → Before Starting → Core → Quality Checklist
- 1–3: Every file is organized differently
- 4–6: Some files follow a pattern, others don't
- 7–9: Most files consistent, minor deviations
- 10: All files identical structure, no exceptions
### 3. Knowledge Hygiene (20%)
Do skill files contain embedded business facts (names, CTAs, links, phone numbers)?
Or do they reference C-core files instead?
- 1–3: Business facts scattered throughout skill files
- 4–6: Mixed — some files clean, others have embedded facts
- 7–9: Most files use references, isolated exceptions
- 10: No business facts in skill files. All facts live in C-core only.
### 4. Language & Naming (10%)
Are all files named consistently? Is the language (Hebrew/English) used consistently within files?
- 1–3: Inconsistent naming, mixed languages without logic
- 4–6: Partial consistency
- 7–9: Most files consistent
- 10: Uniform naming convention, consistent language usage across all files
### 5. Governance (15%)
Do files have YAML frontmatter (name, description, version, date)?
Are versions updated when files change?
- 1–3: No frontmatter, no versioning
- 4–6: Some files have frontmatter, versions frozen at 1.0
- 7–9: Most files have frontmatter, versions occasionally updated
- 10: All files have complete frontmatter. Version bumped on every meaningful change.
### 6. Registry (10%)
Is there a central registry — one file listing every skill, who uses it, when last updated?
- 1–3: No registry
- 5: Registry exists but incomplete or outdated
- 8: Registry exists, reasonably current
- 10: Registry complete, accurate, and referenced by agents
### 7. Progressive Disclosure (10%)
Are long reference materials stored in a separate references/ layer?
Or are they embedded inline, making the main skill file bloated?
- 1–3: All content inline, files are long and hard to scan
- 5: Some files have references/, most are still bloated
- 8: Most files lean, references/ used for heavy content
- 10: Every skill file is ≤80 lines. Deep content lives in references/
## How to Share Your Files
Option A — paste 3–5 skill files directly below this prompt
Option B — list all skill file names and I'll ask you to share specific ones
Option C — describe your system (number of files, rough structure) and I'll give you a preliminary assessment
Go ahead and share whenever you're ready.
